Cindy Anderson, P.E., Executive Director

CindyCindy joined TEAM Santa Rosa because she wanted to give back to the community she’s lived in and loved for nearly two decades. She’s certainly fulfilled this hope as TEAM has enjoyed tremendous success under her leadership. Cindy has a knack for staying focused on the big picture, as well as for solving any obstacles that get in the way.

To Cindy, the big picture is simply this: create a vibrant, sustainable community by enhancing economic development. She holds steadfast to this vision and guides her staff to do the same. In keeping with this focus, Cindy strives continually to align and integrate TEAM’s four key components – Recruitment, Retention & Expansion, Military Affairs, and Agribusiness.

Prior to joining TEAM Santa Rosa, Cindy served as County Engineer for Escambia County for nine years. She enjoys translating her engineering strengths and skills to advance Northwest Florida in a whole new way. Cindy earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Oklahoma.

Today, Cindy is involved with a variety of community organizations. She sits on the board of director’s for the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce, the Children’s Services Center of Northwest Florida, and Florida’s Great Northwest. She is also on the Committee for Alternative Energy for Northwest Florida and is a member of the Futbol Club Santa Rosa.


Shannon Ogletree, Associate Director

ShannonShannon leads the charge when it comes to industry recruitment. He focuses his time and energy on building relationships, researching target industry, uncovering information that will help attract new business, participating in national and international conferences, and writing grants.

Prior to joining TEAM Santa Rosa, Shannon worked at the Pensacola Chamber of Commerce and the HAAS Center at the University of West Florida, rounding out nearly a decade in economic development.

Shannon came to Northwest Florida from Alabama when he transferred with a local company that relocated to this region. Eventually, many jobs were lost, and this lit the fire for Shannon. He knew he wanted to assume a role where he could help ensure business success. Kudos to him! Shannon, along with TEAM, has truly put Santa Rosa County on the map.

Tina Stewart, Business Director

TinaTina has many roles with TEAM. As Business Director, she dedicates a large portion of her time to visiting local companies to gather information for the business retention database called TEAMworks. TEAMworks is designed to assist companies with everything from industry grants to business expansion processes. Tina is the TEAMworks administrator in our office and serves as the key contact at TEAM for existing business. She assists industry with needs that can sometimes even include things like coordinating the repair of pot holes and street lights in the Santa Rosa Industrial Park. Tina is the go-to person for existing business in Santa Rosa County. Her main focus is to nurture industry and provide businesses with assistance in order to ensure their continued growth and success in our area.

Tina is a trained economic development professional and has completed professional development training in Economic Development, E-Synchronist database management and Business Retention and Expansion.

Multi-faceted is a good way to describe Tina’s post at TEAM. In addition to her responsibilities with existing industry, Tina is also TEAM’s operations manager. She is charged with ensuring continuity for TEAM’s human resources, bookkeeping, scheduling and all things related to office function.

Tina joined TEAM Santa Rosa in 2004 and appreciates the way everyone in the office pitches in, truly sharing ownership in the work they do. As a native of Santa Rosa County and a graduate of Milton High School and Leadership Santa Rosa, Tina is honored to support economic development efforts in Northwest Florida.

Prior to joining TEAM Santa Rosa, Tina worked for five years as the assistant to the County Engineer in Escambia County’s Engineering Department.

Ildi Hosman, Public Affairs Director

IldiIldi Hosman serves as TEAM Santa Rosa’s Public Affairs Director. In this role, she is responsible for media relations and community workforce development for economic development. She has worked for the Florida Department of Health in Public Relations, Program Development and Health Education. She was the Senior Health Educator at the Escambia County Health Department for four years and worked for the Pensacola Bay Area Chamber of Commerce as the Public Relations Manager for just over one year. She serves on various community boards including the Santa Rosa County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and Workforce Escarosa Board of Directors.

 

Ildi’s previous background includes teaching at both PJC and UWF as an adjunct professor in Communications including Interpersonal Communication, Public Speaking and Business and Professional Communication. She has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a master’s degree in Communications, both from the University of West Florida. Ildi is also active in the local community and is currently serving as the President of the Junior League of Pensacola and is a member of the Leadership Santa Rosa Class 24. She is a member of the Alpha Gamma Delta Alumnae Club and the Fiesta of Five Flags. Ildi spends most of her free time giving back to the community, particularly by working with the foster care community. She is a graduate of Leadership Pensacola, was recognized as a 2009 “Rising Star” by the Independent News and was nominated as the 2009 Community Volunteer of the Year by the Independent News, for which she received third place. Ildi also serves as the Chapter Advisor of the Theta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Gamma Delta at the University of West Florida. She has a strong appreciation for the arts and enjoys watching Nascar, going to the symphony and visual art museums. Ildi and her husband James reside in Pensacola with their dog Ficko.
