TEAM SANTA ROSA HONORS LOCAL INDUSTRY

On September 24, TEAM Santa Rosa, Pensacola Bay Area Chamber of Commerce and Workforce Escarosa held the 2009 Industry Appreciation Luncheon as a joint event for Santa Rosa and Escambia Counties.  The festivities took place at Scenic Hills Country Club in Pensacola where sixteen companies were recognized for excellence in their field and economic value to the dual county area.

Nominations were requested from the business community and eight target industries were chosen to be highlighted in this year’s honors presentation.  Those eight target industries were categories including manufacturing, research & engineering, transportation & logistics, entrepreneurship, renewable energy, health sciences, aviation & defense and information technology.
