The purpose of the Florida Economic Gardening Technical Assistance Pilot Program is to stimulate investment in Florida’s economy by providing technical assistance for expanding businesses in the state. The GrowFL program has the potential of creating thousands of jobs by providing, at no charge, a suite of economic gardening support services and a unique access to market research and technology. By applying lessons learned from “economic gardening,” GrowFL will assist the growth of second-stage companies. In their partnership with the Florida Economic Development Council, Enterprise Florida, Workforce Florida, the Florida High Tech Corridor Council and others, the program will continue to identify and cultivate hundreds of growth companies.
