University of West Florida Course Offerings

TEAM works closely with the State of Florida as well as regional workforce organizations such as Ford Foundation’s Next Generation Learning Community, the University of West Florida’s Small Business Development Center, Locklin Tech and Workforce Escarosa. TEAM also works closely with the community to develop these partnerships in order to ensure that trained and skilled employees are available to our industries.

Workforce Escarosa is a regional organization that provides the region with a myriad of business resources. They offer regional industry hiring assistance and training grants. Together with Workforce Escarosa, TEAM is nurturing a first-class labor force for our area.

Next Generation Learning Community Designation
The career academies of the Santa Rosa and Escambia County School Districts and their community partners are designated as a Ford Next Generation Learning Community.  Read more.
